REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL excluding unworn/unwashed apparel and accessory items. We cannot accept returns on original art or art prints due to their limited nature.
EXCHANGESAny apparel and accessory items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Apparel items must be unworn and unwashed.
INCOMPLETE ORDERSContact us within the first 7 days of receiving your order. If an item is missing, we will ship it out right away.
DAMAGED ITEMSIf an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged product(s) via email at Clint@WarTribe.Media. We allow 7 days from your order's arrival date to notify us of an issue and 30 days from the original purchase date to RECEIVE your return item.
RETURN/EXCHANGE LIMITATIONSReturn orders are eligible for store credit up to 30 days from original purchase. We need to receive your returned item(s) within that time frame. We are no longer responsible for order issues that are not resolved after 30 days. Please notify us immediately of any issues so they can be addressed in a timely manner to best serve you.
PACKAGE/MAIL THEFTUnfortunately there is nothing we can do to help with the theft of your delivered packages or mail. Package theft is sadly a common problem, and we're very sorry to hear of these situations. Please monitor your incoming mail and deliveries closely. There may be options for available for you to receive delivery notifications direct to your email or phone.
